If your app crashes or freezes when scanning a document, don't worry! This is often caused by a temporary issue with your device’s memory. Here’s a simple step to resolve the problem:
Step 1: Restart Your iPhone or iPad
Restarting your device clears the system memory and can help fix various performance issues, including app crashes and freezing. Here's how to do it:
1. Press and hold the power button (and volume button on some models) until the "slide to power off" slider appears.
2. Slide to turn off your device.
3. Wait for about 30 seconds, then press and hold the power button again to turn your device back on.
Once your device has restarted, open the app again and try scanning the document. This should help the app function smoothly without freezing or crashing.
If the issue persists after restarting your device, you may want to check for app updates or consider reinstalling the app.
If you're encountering a situation where in-app purchases are not allowed or are not working in your app, Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the "Settings" app.
2. Go to "Screen Time" > "Content & Privacy Restrictions" > "iTunes and App Store Purchases"
3. Tap "In-app Purchase" and select "Allow".
Note: You need to log in to the Apple ID which was used for the app download.
If the app isn't sending emails, it could be that the documents are stuck in the Outbox folder of your Mail app. A simple restart of your iPhone/iPad usually resolves this issue and allows the emails to send properly.
If you have many apps installed (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.), iOS may not display all of them in the “Open in” list. To resolve this, try removing some apps that you no longer use. If the list has more than ten apps, iOS will only show a limited number of them. Deleting unused apps from the list should make room for the app you need.
